Responsibilities:

 Learn about the information security program, plan and processes that completely aligns with the business and organizational vision and goals.

 Checking daily backups, all system interfaces.

 Checking and maintain the TB Control Program devices in van.
 Install complete setup of TB Control Program in van.
 System repairing and complete software installation.

 Follow up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Dept. apply the theory of trouble tickets.
 Troubleshooted and resolved network application issues escalated from customer support and other departments with a 100% success rate.
 Basic configuration of routing and switching equipment.
 Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occurred.
 Created test environments by installing VMware virtual machines on Window XP platform.
